Due to the perishable nature of tea, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is delivered.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Exception – Taste Guarantee
We value your satisfaction. If you are not happy with the taste of our tea, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required.

The product must be at least 85% unused and returned in its original packaging.

Upon verification, we will provide either a replacement or a refund as per the situation.
Damaged or Wrong Product
In the rare case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
